// CAPABILITIES - LARGE FORMAT
Also referred to as dye sub, is a process that is used in many large format applications, but is most popular for fabric printing. The ink is specially formulated with solid dye particles that are printed on paper or directly onto fabric. These particles are then sublimated with the combination of heat and pressure. During this process, the particles are transformed into a gas, which is then attracted to the polymers of the textile and permeates the fibres. The end result is a durable printed fabric with vivid colours and a natural feel. Our dye sublimation printer is able to produce graphics on a wide range of fabrics that are always in stock. We are able to produce fabrics up to ten feet wide so your design is never limited.
// CAPABILITIES - LARGE FORMAT
Different from conventional large format printing because the ink is cured through a photomechanical process. The inks, when exposed to Ultra Violet light turns from a liquid to a solid. The inks are able to adhere to unusual substrates as well as uncoated stocks. Our UV printer contains the latest state of the art technology that is able to print roll to roll. This printer has the ability to print white ink and print up to three layers at the same time. We are able to print and produce a lot of unique designs with this machine.

of two UV printers. It is hybrid printer, however, since the addition of our five meter roll to roll machine we primarily use this
printer for flatbed work. This printer has the ability to print on substrates up to two inches thick and at a maximum of ten feet wide.

With the ability to precisely cut/trim multiple substrates up to ten feet wide, IAC can facilitate your custom order with ease. Sticking
to the theme of built in redundancy, we have acquired two identical cnc machines. However, we have equipped one of our machines with
a router allowing us to cut through rigid substrates up to two inches thick. Looking for a custom cut shape? With state of the art
technology built into both of our machines we can utilize a customer provided dyeline and cut to a precise shape.

Refers to individual sheets of paper being fed into a press. These presses use mechanical registration to relate each sheet to one another to ensure they are reproduced with the same imagery in the same position on every sheet that runs through the press.
